I couldn't have been happier with my stay. the hotel is just a short walk from delano park and the old decatur historic district, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot while enjoying beautiful scenery and interesting landmarks.

Fantastic location! Everything we needed was on-site, and the indoor pool provided a cozy retreat during winter. Staff expressed warmth and professionalism, making the entire experience enjoyable.

Billing confusion left me unsettled, and some amenities seemed missed during my stay. Additionally, noise from other guests disrupted my peace at times.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a solid night's sleep after a long day. The Bistro 2.0 is reasonably priced, making it a great spot for breakfast or a quick bite without breaking the bank.

Housekeeping came knocking at 8:15 AM, which felt intrusive when a later start is generally expected. The gym equipment is in rough shape, with rust visible and the TVs on the machines non-functional. On top of that, the balcony lacks chairs, which would have made enjoying the outside much nicer.

Comfortable bedding made for a restful night's sleep.

While the rooms were nice, I faced a few hiccups during my stay. Check-in took longer than expected, as no one was at the front desk initially. Additionally, the credit back to my account after checkout is taking a lot longer than anticipated, which has left me feeling unsettled about our billing experience.
